    Bob and his wife, Kathy, have been married for over 30 years and have a son, Drew, at Bethel University. Bob has served at Wayzata Free on the Elder Board for 10 years and the Finance Board for 15. He has also served as the Chairman of the Board at Village Schools of the Bible and at Trinity International University. Bob is now retired but prior to retirement held multiple officer roles at Carlson and the Carlson Rezidor Hotel division.

  • Warwick Alcock

    Warwick and his wife Trish immigrated to the US from South Africa in 1998 and started attending Wayzata Free. They have two adult children and six grandchildren. Warwick has an MBA and currently serves as a business consultant. He has served at Wayzata Free on the Missions Commission and also serves on the board of the Village Schools of the Bible.

    Dave and his wife, Kari, have two grown daughters and have been involved with the Evangelical Free Church of America for over 20 years. They started attending Wayzata Free in 2011 and immediately felt at home. Dave and Kari have served as leads on the Grow & Gather capital campaign at Wayzata Free.

    Ray and his wife Carol have attended Wayzata Free Church since 2002. They served in the hospitality ministry for a number of years as well as the Chinese ministry for the past five years. They also participated in the Net Menders mission ministry in Mexico. Ray and Carol have been married fourteen years and have adult children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ray grew up in western Montana and graduated from the University of Minnesota. After graduation he stayed in Minnesota to pursue opportunities in business, spending a greater portion of his time operating a commercial construction and real estate company. He is currently involved in real estate development and is semi-retired.

    Ben and his wife Jill moved to Minnesota in 2012 and became members of Wayzata Free shortly thereafter. They have been blessed with three boys and with a wonderful church family, who God has used to refine and encourage them as they seek to become more like His Son. They have been active in serving young families through the nursery ministry and the Fusion Adult Bible Fellowship. One of Ben's spiritual gifts is teaching and he has enjoyed getting to know others through teaching various adult classes, a Men’s Retreat, and in small group settings. Outside of WFC, he has been a Gideon for the past 11 years and loves distributing Bibles to all who need to hear God’s Word.

    For the past 12 years, Ben, Kristi, and their two sons (10 and 15) have attended Wayzata Free. The kids and youth programs have been instrumental in growing their faith in Jesus Christ. Along with several other couples, Ben and Kristi launched a Sunday morning adult class and Ben taught on many topics where he was privileged to witness the Spirit move in profound ways with him and others at the church. Professionally, he is an executive leader at Media Minefield, a national public relations firm founded by his wife. He has also led large software technology projects and served as the national vice president for a technology consulting firm.


  • Marc Swiontkowski

    Marc and his wife, Beth, have three adult children and two grandsons. They began attending Wayzata Free when Marc became the chair of the Orthopaedic Surgery Department at the University of Minnesota in 1997. He is also the former CEO of Tria Orthopaedic Center. Marc has served at Wayzata Free on the Missions Commission for 10 years and is on the boards of Hope for the Hurting Home and Haiti Teen Challenge.
