• Worship unites our community through prayer, friendship and the Word of God. We worship as one body, with joyful hearts and tender humility as we are filled with praises to God. Worshiping Jesus is an experience of our hearts uniting through the Holy Spirit.

  • If we want others to hear the gospel (that is “the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16), we must show them this power in gospel-centered communities. These are communities characterized by humble, loving, truth-telling relationships of mutual affection and honor.

Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other. - Romans 12:10, NLT

  • We believe in community. We believe the Church is the vehicle through which God shows His love, brings healing and where everyone is welcome, nobody is perfect and anything is possible. At Wayzata Free this translates into serving those around us in practical ways.

By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another. - John 13:35

  • Wayzata Free Kids Ministry exists to invite all kids to know Jesus in a way that transforms their daily lives and the lives of those around them. We want to build faith, hope and love in the hearts of children, so that when they’ve grown up, they’ll be adults who love and follow Jesus. It's our goal to equip and support parents as they raise the next generation of world changers!

  • Middle School and High School can be a great time of life, especially when fun is combined with living for Christ. Our goal is to help students become followers of Christ, resulting in changed lives.

  • At Wayzata Free we value community. We encourage men and women to get involved in small community groups where they can experience life together, study the Bible and pray for each other. There are also learning communities on Wednesday evenings and on Sundays where we encourage each other, learn with one another and sometimes share a meal.

  • We are growing in establishing a culture of prayer where we devote ourselves to enquiring of the Lord and are asking God to pour out a Spirit of Prayer upon us continually.
